Lorelit Content Policy

This policy summarizes the content rules for Lorelit and how we enforce them. It is part of, and subordinate to, our Terms of Service; where they differ, the Terms control.

Who may use Lorelit

Lorelit is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and satisfy any higher minimum age required by law where you live. An 18+ rating does not authorize sexually explicit content.

Prohibited content

The following are prohibited everywhere in the Services — in conversations, character cards, personas, images, prompts, and published material, whether real or fictional:

• Child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any sexualized depiction of minors or persons represented as minors. Fictional framing, fantasy ages, or "aging up" a character does not make this acceptable.
• Sexually explicit content. Pornography, sexually explicit depictions, and graphic sexual roleplay. Lorelit may include mature themes, romance, fictional conflict, and non-explicit suggestive content involving adults; explicit material is not permitted.
• Non-consensual intimate content and exploitation. Sexual violence, coercion, or misuse of a real person's likeness, including creating characters or images of real people without their rights or consent.
• Harm to people. Threats, stalking, harassment, doxxing, defrauding, unlawful discrimination, promoting violence against protected groups, or encouraging real-world self-harm or violence.
• Rights violations. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, or private information you have no right to disclose.
• Abuse of the Services. Malware, attacks on the Services, evasion of safety or moderation controls, and bulk automated extraction.
• Unlawful content. Anything that violates applicable law.

Attempts to evade these rules — by changing a character's stated age, using coded language, or bypassing filters — are themselves violations.

How we enforce this policy

• Automated filtering. Prompts and generated outputs pass a server-side safety filter that blocks sexually explicit content, minors in romantic or sexual contexts, real-person likeness misuse, and encouragement of self-harm. Blocked requests are declined; repeated attempts may lead to account measures.
• Publication review. Characters and material submitted for publication may be reviewed and rejected, restricted, or removed for violating these rules, infringing rights, or creating legal or safety risks.
• User reports. You can report any message by long-pressing it in the app, and block creators from Profile → Blocked creators. Reports can also be sent to help@lorelit.me. We review reports and may use proportionate measures: removing content, limiting a feature, or suspending an account.

Appeals

If we restrict your content or account and you believe we made a mistake, email develop@honoululuai.com and ask for a review. Where legally required, we will explain a material restriction and provide a way to appeal; required local notice and complaint rights remain available.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Services evolve. Material changes are reflected in the Terms of Service with a new effective date. Questions: help@lorelit.me.
